As Consultants for your business Vantage Payments is responsible for developing and executing
various banking relationships as well as manage existing relationships and internal policies as it relates to
processing solutions.
The overall goal will be to make certain your company has options at “the flip of a switch” and work
diligently to ensure that your business is NEVER without processing services.
As consultants we will work with each bank/processor on your behalf to define terms, negotiate rates,
mitigate risk, and review strategies related to our clients processing needs. Vantage Payments will develop processing
relationships, evaluate current and foreseeable market conditions, and develop strategies in an effort to stay competitive,
and diverse in a highly competitive industry.
Services Include:
- Management of existing banking relationships.
- Gain full understanding of current processing situation, including statements, rates, fees, assessments,and miscellaneous charges and provide Client with a breakdown of current situation in an effort to improve.
- Develop new transactional banking relationships both domestically and abroad.
- Negotiate rates, fees, and terms with proposed banks to obtain the most profitable outcome for our Clients while taking in to consideration a long-term viable solution.
- Notify our clients on industry compliances and how they can either positively or negatively affect our clients business model
- Represent our clients at meetings, seminars, tradeshows, etc... as the needs arise.
- Once accounts are set up, Vantage Payments will manage banking relationships with all institutions, new and existing
- Present all opportunities to executive management team for discussion and approval prior to executing any processing agreements
- Communicate internally with Executive Management, Customer Service, and Risk Analysis team current industry requirements, policies and procedures, and best practices as it relates to the payment industry.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by executive management as it relates to the payment card industry.
- Develop a customer service and compliance solution based around your product/service offering
